CRASH: Why Is Holder Still In Office?

OK, I've thought that for...oh...about a year and a quarter, Eric Holder should be forced from office.  Disbarred.  Prosecuted.  In my charitable moments...

I'm an attorney.  No remotely competent attorney will give you an opinion before they've read...at VERY LEAST...the freaking law.  Most will take reading the statutory law STEPS further, delving into the case law interpreting the statute.  NOT ERIC HOLDER.
Despite repeatedly voicing concerns about Arizona's new immigration enforcement law in recent weeks and threatening to challenge it, Attorney General Eric Holder said Thursday he has not yet read the law -- which is only 10 pages long.
"I have not had a chance to -- I've glanced at it," Holder said at a House Judiciary Committee hearing when asked had he read the state law cracking down on illegal immigrants.
That is simply an ASTOUNDING admission.
When asked by Rep.Ted Poe, R-Texas, how he could have constitutional concerns about a law he has not read, Holder said: "Well, what I've said is that I've not made up my mind. I've only made the comments that I've made on the basis of things that I've been able to glean by reading newspaper accounts, obviously, television, talking to people who are on the review panel...looking at the law."
I take it that "looking at the law" to Holder means "as it sits on the table...across the room...under some other stuff I haven't read".  This fool is DANGEROUS, and HAS GOT TO GO!!!!

  1. With Holder, the agenda is what's important, the law is just a means to an end.

  2. I wish I had something to counter that.

    I don't.

The guy isn't in his office for his ability, that's for sure, or his love of the law...choke!

But it is fully time for him to go, and people need to start pushing him out the door.

So which is more absurd - the US Attorney General spouting knee jerk comments on a case he has no details of (Arizona "acted stupidly") OR the fact that the Attorney General considers the MSM a credible source of information, OR that he can not identify our sworn enemy because it is politically correct to do so?!? Sadly, the answer is all the above.

    God help us.
